Valentine’s Day Graham Cracker Crack

​Prep time: 20 minutes

Refrigerator time: 4 - 8 hours


Ingredients:


  • 1 cup salted butter

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2-1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 22 - 24 graham crackers

  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles

  • Roughly chopped toasted almonds

  • Sweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 (18x12-inch) cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil


Instructions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).


  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.


  3. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the sheet, covering as much surface as possible.


  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar, stirring until fully combined and bubbling. Keep your stove on low and stir continously for 3 minutes.


  5. Pour the caramel mixture evenly over the graham crackers, spreading it with a spatula.


  6. Bake for 8 minutes until the mixture is bubbly.


  7. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.


  8. Return to oven for 2 more minutes to help the chocolate melt.


  9. Remove from oven and spread the melted chocolate evenly over the surface.


  10. Sprinkle with Valentine’s Day sprinkles, chopped almonds, and shredded coconut while the chocolate is still warm.


  11. Let cool completely, then break into pieces and enjoy!
