Loaded Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Bake time: 11 to 12 minutes


Ingredients


  • 2 - 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temperature

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 - 200g bar milk chocolate, roughly chopped

  • 1 - 200g bar white chocolate, roughly chopped

  • 1 cup lay's plain chips or any brand of choice

  • 1 cup pretzels, roughly chopped


Directions:


  1. Into a bowl, add the softened butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix for 3 - 4 minutes. Then, add in the vanilla extract and eggs. Mix until combined.


  2. In a separate bowl, add in the flour, baking soda and salt. Then, give these ingredients a whisk. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture.


  3. Fold in all of the add ins, chocolate chunks, salted chips and pretzels.


  4. Preheat oven to 350F.


  5. Using an ice cream scoop, place scoopfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.


  6. Bake cookies for 10 - 11 minutes. Allow your cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 - 7 minutes. Then, allow them to cool completely on a cooling rack.
