Ingredients
1 large ripe banana
2 large eggs
1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
vegetable oil, for frying
Directions:
Into a medium bowl, add the banana and mash it with a fork.
Add in the eggs and the ground cinnamon, mix until well combined.
Place a skillet over medium heat and then add in some vegetable oil or any flavorless oil.
Fry your pancakes for a couple of minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Enjoy your pancakes with butter, pancake syrup, maple syrup, sliced bananas or
walnuts.
