​Prep time: 10 minutes


Ingredients


  • 1 large ripe banana

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • vegetable oil, for frying


Directions:

  1. Into a medium bowl, add the banana and mash it with a fork.

  2. Add in the eggs and the ground cinnamon, mix until well combined.

  3. Place a skillet over medium heat and then add in some vegetable oil or any flavorless oil.

  4. Fry your pancakes for a couple of minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

  5. Enjoy your pancakes with butter, pancake syrup, maple syrup, sliced bananas or

    walnuts.
