Ingredients
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 cans of refrigerated Pillsbury biscuits or refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
2/3 cup unsalted butter
1-1/4 cups brown sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 10-cup Bundt cake pan with non-stick spray.
Cut your biscuit dough slices into quarters and set them aside.
Into a bowl, add the cinnamon, sugar and brown sugar. Give those ingredients a mix. Roll each biscuit piece into the cinnamon sugar mixture and layer them into the Bundt cake pan.
For the filling, in a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and then add in the brown sugar. Allow the mixture to come up to a boil and continuously stir for one minute. Pour the filling over the dough pieces in the Bundt cake pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Allow your monkey bread to sit in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving dish.
