Ingredients


  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

  • 1-3/4 cups granulated sugar

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour


Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Prepare a 9x9 baking dish, grease and line it with parchment paper.

  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Once it is melted, take the saucepan off the stove and immediately add in the chocolate chips. Mix until the chocolate chips are completely melted.

  4. Add the sugar into the chocolate mixture and whisk until combined. Now, add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix again.

  5. Add the flour and salt into the saucepan and fold it into the batter with a spatula.

  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and evenly spread it out.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow your brownies to cool in the baking dish for 20 minutes. Then, allow them to cool completely. Now you are ready to cut and serve.
