Ingredients


  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil

  • ​6 medium potatoes (cubed, rinsed, and dried)


Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Start by peeling the potatoes and chopping them into cubes. Then rinse and dry the potatoes.

  3. Into a bowl, add Italian seasoning, dried basil, chicken stock powder, salt, and dried oregano. Mix the seasonings together.

  4. In a large Ziploc bag, add the potatoes and olive oil. Zip the bag closed and give it a good mix. Add in the spices and massage the potatoes in the bag, until they are well coated.

  5. Place the seasoned potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes. The potatoes should have a nice golden color.
