Ingredients
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder
5 tablespoons olive oil
6 medium potatoes (cubed, rinsed, and dried)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Start by peeling the potatoes and chopping them into cubes. Then rinse and dry the potatoes.
Into a bowl, add Italian seasoning, dried basil, chicken stock powder, salt, and dried oregano. Mix the seasonings together.
In a large Ziploc bag, add the potatoes and olive oil. Zip the bag closed and give it a good mix. Add in the spices and massage the potatoes in the bag, until they are well coated.
Place the seasoned potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes. The potatoes should have a nice golden color.
