  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup half & half cream

  • 2 packages raspberry Jell-O (85g per box)

  • 1/2 cup boiling water

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Directions:

  1. For The Jell-O: Into a bowl, add raspberry Jell-O and boiling water. Stir until powder is dissolved. Then, add in the cold filtered water and stir. Pour into the Jell-O mold.

  2. Into the Jell-O mold, add in 1-1/4 cups of fresh raspberries. Gently shake the mold to coat the raspberries in the Jell-O mixture. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.

  3. For The Raspberry Pudding Flan: Into a bowl, add raspberry Jell-O powder and boiling water. Stir until powder is completely dissolved.

  5. Remove Jell-O mold from the fridge. Pour the Pudding flan mixture on top of the Jell-O. Cover and place in the fridge for a minimum of 4 to 6 hours, or until the raspberry Jell-O dessert is completely firm to the touch.

  6. You are now ready to invert onto a platter and serve!
