Ingredients
Vanilla Confetti Mug Cake:
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon melted butter
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2-1/2 tablespoons milk
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 teaspoons sprinkles
Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake:
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Devil's Food Mug Cake:
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3-1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 large egg
1-1/2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Vanilla Confetti Mug Cake:
In a small bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, egg, vanilla extract and milk. Mix until combined.
Add in your dry ingredients and mix again. Then, add in your sprinkles.
Place into your microwave safe mug and add a few more sprinkles on top.
Microwave your cake for about one minute and thirty seconds.
Allow to cool before serving!
Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake:
Into a small bowl, add in all of your wet ingredients and your sugar. Whisk well.
Add in your dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Place into a microwave safe mug and microwave for about one minute and a half.
Allow to cool before serving!
Devil's Food Mug Cake:
Into a small bowl, add the sugar and all of the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix again.
Place into a microwave safe mug and microwave for about one minute and 30 seconds.
Allow mug cakes to slightly cool before serving.
