Serves: 30

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Fridge Time: 1 and 1/2 hours

Ingredients

  • 30 frozen tart shells

  • 2 - 8oz packages of softened cream cheese, at room temperature

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (35% fat or higher)

  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:

  1. Bake the frozen tart shells. Mine baked for 13 minutes. Follow the baking time on the box.

  2. Into a bowl, add the cream cheese and whisk until creamy. Then, add the vanilla extract, powdered sugar and the heavy cream. Whisk all the ingredients for 3 minutes, until the mixture is light and fluffy.

  3. Using a piping bag with a tip, add the filling into each baked tart shell. Ensure that your tart shells are completely cooled before filling.

  4. Place your cheesecake tarts in the fridge for 1 and 1/2 hours. When you are ready to serve, top them with cherry pie filling.
