Sugar-Free Condensed Milk Recipe | No Stove Needed!

​Prep time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:


  • 1 cup milk powder

  • 1 cup monk sugar

  • 1/2 cup boiling water

  • 1/2 tablespoon (or 1-1/2 teaspoons) butter, at room temp

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:


  1. Blend monk sugar until it reaches a fine, powdered sugar-like texture.


  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.


  3. Transfer to an airtight container or mason jar (I prefer mason jars).


  4. Wait at least 2 hours before using, but for best results, let it sit overnight.


  5. Use in coffee, flans, fudge, or any recipe that calls for condensed milk!


Tip: No need for a stove—just blend and store!
