Sugar-Free Condensed Milk Recipe | No Stove Needed!

Servings differentiate according to its use
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup milk powder
1 cup monk sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 tablespoon (or 1-1/2 teaspoons) butter, at room temp
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Blend monk sugar until it reaches a fine, powdered sugar-like texture.
Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Transfer to an airtight container or mason jar (I prefer mason jars).
Wait at least 2 hours before using, but for best results, let it sit overnight.
Use in coffee, flans, fudge, or any recipe that calls for condensed milk!
Tip: No need for a stove—just blend and store!
