Nacho Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon flour
1-1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapenos
1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
Directions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium-low heat.
Once the butter is melted, stir in the flour and then, gradually add in the milk, while stirring continuously. Keep stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
Add in the salt and whisk until combined.
Stir in the shredded cheese and continue whisking until the cheese is completely melted.
(Optional) Add in chopped pickled jalapenos.
Serve with tortilla chips or drizzle over nachos!
