German Chocolate Cake Cookies

Ingredients

1 box devil’s food cake or chocolate cake mix (375 g)

1 box instant pudding mix (113 g)

1 bag semisweet chocolate chips (200g)

1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs


Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, add in one box of devil's food cake mix and one box of chocolate instant pudding mix. Add in the eggs, vegetable oil, then mix until a cookie dough batter starts to form.

  2. Once the dough is formed, add in the chopped pecans, shredded coconut and semisweet chocolate chips. Mix everything together using a spatula or with your hands.

  3. Preheat the oven to 350F and prepare a cookie sheet that is lined with parchment paper.

  4. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the dough and place it onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then allow the cookies to cool completely before serving.
