Serves: 6 to 8

Cake

• 1 package white cake mix

• 1 package instant vanilla pudding

• 1-1/3 cups milk

• 1/2 cup vegetable oil or any flavorless oil

• 1-1/4 cups roughly chopped Oreo cookies (about 10 Oreo cookies)
  

Frosting

• 3 cups powdered sugar

• 2/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

• 3 - 4 tablespoons milk

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 4 crushed Oreos, for garnish

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
   

2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the crushed Oreos. Beat for about 2 minutes.
   

3. Then, fold in crushed Oreo cookies. Place into prepared baking pan. Spread evenly.
   

4. Bake for about 35 minutes.
   

5. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
   

6. For the frosting, beat all ingredients until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled cake. Sprinkle crushed Oreos over the frosting and you are ready to serve!
