Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup salted butter

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 package semisweet chocolate chips

  • 1 package mini marshmallows

  • 1-8x8 baking dish


Directions:


  1. In a saucepan over medium low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the peanut butter and stir until fully melted. Turn off the stove when the mixture is smooth.


  2. Add the chocolate chips into the saucepan and stir until fully melted. Set the saucepan aside.


  3. In a large bowl, add in the marshmallows. Pour the warm chocolate mixture over the marshmallows and gently fold using a spatula until the marshmallows are evenly coated.


  4. Pour the mixture in a 8x8 inch baking dish that has been greased with non-stick spray and spread the mixture evenly.


  5. Refrigerator for 1 hour to set. Once it is firm, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
