Candied Cranberries

Serves: 5-7

Bake time: 6 minutes
Ingredients
340g of cranberries
1 - 2 cups of powdered sugar
3 cups of orange juice
Directions:
Place the cranberries in a container and pour in the orange juice. Ensure all the cranberries are well coated.
Seal the container and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Drain the orange juice and place the cranberries in a Ziplock bag.
Add the powdered sugar to the Ziplock bag and shake to coat all the cranberries.
Preheat the oven to 200F and place the coated cranberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cranberries for 6 minutes and then, they are ready to eat!
